Payment methods accepted in Plannit Pay

Plannit Pay offers the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards

  • Bank transfers

Once activated, you will have the option to choose whether you wish to offer both methods or only one of them in your quotes and/or invoice payment schedules.

Delay for payments

  • Credit cards: 2 business days to your Stripe account

  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days to your Stripe account (your first payment may take up to 14 business days)

When will I have the money in my bank account?

Once the money has been transferred to your Stripe account, it will take 1-3 business days to transfer the funds to your external account (your bank account where the funds will be deposited).

📌 Note that by default, the transfer frequency of a Stripe account is set to 3 days, you can change this timeframe by following the instructions below: Change the frequency of Stripe payouts

  • Credit card payments: 2.9% + $0.30 / transaction

  • Bank transfer payments: 1.25% + $1.50 / transaction, with a maximum of $10 / transaction.

🔹 When using the free version, the rates are:

  • Credit card payments: 3.2% + $0.30 / transaction

  • Bank transfer payments: 1.25% + $1.50 / transaction, with a maximum of $10 / transaction.
