You may occasionally need to refund a client who made an online payment through Plannit.

However, most merchants choose to receive their payouts Automatic every daily to deposit their customers' payments into their bank account as quickly as possible. In this case, no funds are held in the Stripe account to cover potential refunds, which can make it more difficult to process refund requests.

To avoid this problem and ensure that you can always make your claims online, simply:

  1. Go to your Stripe account settings and click on the little wheel at the top right of the window.

  2. Click on External payout accounts and scheduling.

  3. Activate the Minimum balance option

  4. Enter the desired amount.

  5. Click on Save.

Stripe will adjust your payouts so that you maintain a minimum balance.
