Fees for payment processing
Here are the rates for online payment with Plannit Pay:
When you use paid options, the rates are:
Credit card payments: 2.9% + $0.30 / transaction
Online bank transfer payments: 1.25% + $0.50 / transaction, with a maximum of $10 / transaction.
On-site payments from Credit cards: 2.75% + $0.30 / transaction
On-site payments from Bank transfers: $0.75 / transaction
When using the free version, the rates are:
Credit card payments: 3.2% + $0.30 / transaction
Bank transfer payments: 1.25% + $0.50 / transaction, with a maximum of $10 / transaction.
How is the maximum fee for online bank transfers calculated?
The maximum of $10 is reached when a payment is equal to or greater than $680. Here's the calculation: ($760 x 1.25%) + $0.50 = $10
Pre-authorized payments
It is possible for your customers to subscribe to pre-authorized payments associated with a single project that involves recurring payments, in order to save them time and improve their customer experience.
The option is available for credit card payments and for bank transfers. For more details on how to enable this option, see Enable Pre-Authorized Payments.
Once enabled:
Your customers will enter their payment information only once
Plannit will send them a payment notification 24 hours before the due date of each payment and process the transaction on the due date.
You won't have to do anything else: your money will be collected automatically and the payment will be automatically posted to the invoice for your statements!
On-site payments
It is possible to collect a credit card payment when you are with the customer, in person or by phone. To see how to proceed, see Collecting a payment on the spot.
Payout frequency
You can customize the payout frequency in Stripe settings to be daily, weekly, etc. By default, when you create your account in Plannit. the frequency will be weekly.
You can adjust the frequency by following the instructions: Adjusting the frequency of transfers

The first payment made by Stripe will take 7-14 days to process.
