Plannit Pay allows you to collect payments directly within Plannit, whether online or in person, while automating invoice management and internal accounting.

Supported payment methods
You can offer one or multiple payment methods depending on your preferences:
Credit cards
Bank debit (account-to-account transfer)
Interac*
Once activated, you can choose whether to offer one or both methods in your estimates and invoices.
Preauthorized and recurring payments
For recurring jobs or scheduled service visits, customers can save a secure payment method and be billed automatically on the defined schedule.
How it works:
The customer enters their card or bank account information once
They receive a notification 24 hours before each scheduled charge
The payment is processed automatically
The invoice is marked as paid and a receipt is sent
In-person payments
If you want to take payments in person or over the phone:
You can process a payment directly through the invoice screen in Plannit
Or use a compatible payment terminal (if enabled on your account)
This option is ideal for seasonal maintenance work, on-demand services, or immediate payment after a job.
Security and compliance
Plannit Pay uses Stripe, along with other globally recognized payment institutions. These platforms are PCI-DSS compliant and trusted by millions of businesses.
Payment information is encrypted and stored exclusively by these specialized institutions, never by Plannit, ensuring maximum security and compliance.

To activate Plannit Pay:
Go to Settings → Payments
Complete your Stripe onboarding
Configure your payment preferences
Start accepting payments
