How to create a visit from a Job folder
On the Dashboard:
Click on + Job
Fill in the customer information and click on Create Job
You will be directed to the Jobspace for this project
Click on the + in the Work orders / Visits section. Fill in the basic information and save by clicking on ✅
The visit will appear in the list, so just click to open it and fill in the work order.
How to create a visit from the calendar
Select
a. On the Calendar (drag & drop) a block of hours in the column of the employee you wish to assign, and select New visit at the bottom
or
b. Click on the + button at the top right of the screen and select Visit
Search or create a contact, then click Create visit
How to create a visit from the Visits grid
In the Visits grid, click + Visit at the top right
Search or create a contact, then click Create visit
How to fill in the Work Order / Visit
Use pencil to change location if necessary, then save.
Select the appropriate service (e.g. wildlife management)
Select date and time, then save
Fill in notes if necessary. These will appear on your customer's work order
Choose resource from drop-down list
Add-on modules (see guides below)
Click on the scroll bar in the History section to see all actions that have taken place since the work order was created.
