How to use the new purchase order section?
In Plannit, go to a Jobs or Work Order / Visit
In the Purchase order section of the Jobs or Work Order / Visit, click on the +
Click on Add an item, check ☑️ the item(s) and click on Select
What can I do now with the purchase orders?
💠 Print or send purchase order
Check the box to select all or certain items.
On the orange band, click on Print purchase order or Send purchase order, the purchase order will be sent to the contact of your choice!
💠 Generate invoice(s)
Check the box to select all items.
On the orange band, click on Create invoice, and the invoice can be sent to the contact of your choice!
💠 Other options
Select other actions by clicking on the 3 small dots, such as Associate with a work order and View history!
