Here's how to add important management information for pest control specialists.

Add the Zones/Tasks module to your work order/visit

Plannit lets you document job information by zone, so you can easily find your way around.

Simply click on "Add a zone/task" in your add-on modules and then click on the zone line to access it.

Fill in the Zones section for your intervention reports:

  1. Zone: Enter the name of the zone you're treating and a description if applicable, (ie. kitchen, bathroom, garage, app #1. app#2)

  2. Photo: Upload a photo or file from your cell phone by clicking on the blue upload line.

  3. Stations: Click + add station or scan a device (barcode)

    a. Name: Add the name of your station.

    b. Device number: Add the number or scan the barcode.

    c. Description: Add more details if needed

    d. Fill in the following information:

    • Device status

    • Device status

    • Number of captures

    • Pest

    • Bait consumption

    • Action taken

  4. Chemicals:

    a. Select the chemical product using the drop-down menu

    b. Add the quantity you used, this is a mandatory field

    c. Enter the location where you applied the chemical, the surface area, and the name of the pest treated (this information is required for your pesticide report).

    d. Add additional notes if necessary and click on Save

  5. Tasks: Click on + add task and enter the description

  6. Additional information: Add as required and click Save
