This guide is for exterminators. We've given you the tools to carry out the 3 most common methods of intervention in your profession:

For service calls

Most of you create a visit as soon as the customer calls, directly in the diary according to the employee's availability.

How to schedule a visit directly in the agenda.

  • Select (drag & drop) a block of hours in the diary of the employee you wish to assign.

  • Click on "New visit" to automatically generate your work order

  • Search for a contact or create a contact, then click on "Create a visit".

How to use and fill out the work order during field work:

Here's a video: {INSERT VIDEO}

  1. Locate the visit to be made in "My day".

  2. Send an "on my way" communication to my customer

  3. Click on the address to access Google maps directions if needed

  4. Click to start the visit once on site

  5. Open the visit to fill in the work order

How to fill in the information specific to your work in the zones:

End visit and add follow-up(s) (if necessary)

  • Complete the visit BEFORE clicking on "repeat visit" in the action button. This will enable you to make a copy of your work order.

  • For a single copy: select the items you wish to copy by ticking the appropriate circles and Save. For a recurring visit sequence see: Complete guide to recurrences

2. Monthly inspection: i.e. (commercial inspection contract, rental, condo association...)

We recommend that you create contract templates so that you can copy them and modify minor details later.

  1. Your customers will receive their contracts by e-mail

  2. They will be able to choose their payment method (from those you have selected)

  3. They can accept the quote directly online

  4. They'll receive their invoice and can pay by credit card or direct debit

  5. They can also check the box to opt for pre-authorized debit for the duration of the contract.

5. create a recurring visit

  • Open your accepted contract/quote

  • Click on the visit icon to create your visit and click on (+Visit)

  • Enter the date of the first visit you will make to your customer. (this date must be a fixed day)

  • Click on "Repeat visit" See guide: How to make a recurrence

NOTE: Recurring visits are virtual visits that are generated either automatically on a scheduled date or manually when you want to generate them.

When generated, the visits copy the zones, tasks and stations as well as the invoice (if checked) from the last completed visit. This way, you can easily enter changes without copying the information.

6. Work carried out by the technician on the road. Thanks to zone recurrence and recopying, the technician only needs to validate the zone and chemical product information, and modify it if necessary. See the following guide for details:

7. Planning your schedules

Plannit's agenda allows you to create a new route according to the availability of your employees. Then, with the help of the "Planner" you can associate all relevant visits in the same route using the filters (see example below ). Just right click on a selected visit to join it to a route.

3. Exterior treatments

How to write your contracts: We recommend that you make a template for your outside treatment contracts including your pricing items, reflecting the different treatments for each of your roads.
