How the calendar works - overview

Here's a general overview of the calendar for your reference:

  1. Change the date from this section:

    • Click on the arrows to change the day, week or month

    • Clicking on the date brings up the calendar for that day.

    • Clicking on "Today" will return you to today's date.

  2. Shows you the # of visits to the selected display and resources

  3. Shows you the interval of your time slots

  4. The (+) button lets you create an event, visit, run, etc.

  5. Allows you to adjust the schedule display to suit your needs.

How to dispatch jobs (visits) in the Calendar

Sort the list of jobs (visits) to be scheduled

  • Click on the Planner and Map buttons at the top right of the Calendar

  • Click on the Filters button on the Planner

In the partial window, select the filters you need to sort your list of visits.

Ex: Visit status: "not started".

Label: "Montreal"

Service: "Service Call"

  • Click on Apply

The jobs (visits) list will appear at the bottom of the screen

You can choose to:

  1. Assign visits to your employees in their Diary

    Select and drop the job in the desired column on the Agenda by moving the small dots to the right of the visit line.

  2. Create an optimized route where you can insert the visits

    Tick the visit(s), right-click and select Add output See: Create your daily routes

Trics

If you need to move your Job to another date and/or assign it to another employee, simply drag and drop it and you're done!
