Customize the display of your Calendar to suit your needs and preferences

We offer two ways to view this article, depending on your preferences:

Customizing the display of your Calendar can help you organize and manage your schedule more effectively.

Click on the Display button at the top right

There are three sections:

Display Resources Advanced

Section 1: Display

Period: Allows you to adjust the view

  • by day

  • by week

  • by month

    In all 3 scenarios, today's date is always in red, so you can easily find your way.

Mode:

  • Calendar: information is displayed in columns

  • Timeline: information is displayed in rows

    Note: only available in day mode

Colors:

Section 2: Resources

  • All: Displays all resources (employees) on the calendar

  • None: Will not display resources on the calendar

NOTE: "Unassigned" adds a column to your calendar for visits/work orders that are scheduled but not assigned to an employee/resource.

Section 3: Advanced

Week from: Allows you to select the days of the period you wish to display (i.e. Monday to Friday, Sunday to Saturday, etc.).

Intervals: Default intervals are 1 hour (hour) - 1 hour (label)

  • Hours: Allows you to view the time intervals between each of your visits according to your business needs

  • Labels: Allows you to view a block of time within your intervals.

Group by:

  • Resource: Allows you to organize your agenda by Resource

  • Date: Allows you to organize your calendar by date

Card title:

Customize the information displayed in the Agenda visit tile

Choose to display all or part of the information on the tile.

By hovering over the tile with your mouse, a pop-up including the details will appear

  • Name: Customer name

  • Address: Jobsite address

  • City: City

  • Service: Service to be executed at jobsite
