Your company's parameters include two key elements:

Content of your merchant profile

Each Plannit subscription includes a client area where clients can communicate with you, make new requests, approve their quotes and invoices, view work in progress, etc.

In this section of the settings, you can customize your merchant profile with a description of your services and add photos to showcase your achievements to encourage your customers to use your services.

By clicking on Open in Merchant profile preview, you will be able to see what your customers will see once you have made your changes. Note that a Comments section is also part of your merchant profile. These comments are generated with a notification request that you can send automatically at the end of each visit.

To help you receive more service/job requests, Plannit allows you to install the customer area on your website or Facebook page, in addition to other buttons allowing your customers to send you requests quickly. See website and social media integration to learn more.

Regional and communication settings

With Plannit, you can communicate with your customers by email (available on all plans) or by text/SMS (offered as an option on all plans).

If you have subscribed to the SMS option, check the Text notifications box to activate (see below).

You can also adjust a contact's communication preferences as follows:

You will also have the option to enabling or disabling SMS sending (or email sending) by checking or unchecking the option at the time of sending as follows:

Your clients will then receive your communications according to your selection.
