Your free Plannit membership entitles you to a Customer Area to facilitate communication between you and your customers when they want more information, request your services or communicate with you. With this Customer Portal, you'll receive your requests in Plannit and be able to respond easily, using Plannit's message centre.
This customer area is automatically published on the Plannit.io page, giving you additional visibility online and in search engines such as Google and Bing!
If you haven't already done so, we suggest you complete your merchant profile to showcase your company and attract the attention of potential customers looking for your services.
Access your company settings
To access your profile and make changes, go to Settings, select Company and complete the section (see image below).
Personalize your information in less than 5 minutes
Upload your logo: we suggest you upload your logo in .jpeg or .png format so that it appears prominently on your profile.
Fill in your contact details: make sure you complete all applicable sections to give your customers every possible way to find you.
Add a description of your services: write a short paragraph on the range of your services and/or elements of specialization/differentiation that could enhance your profile.
Add photos of your achievements : adding photos helps demonstrate your professionalism and attract visitors' attention.
Install links on your social media and/or website
The customer area is where all interactions with your customers will take place, so it's best to redirect all your digital platforms to a single location - your merchant profiles in the customer area!
