Plannit's messaging system lets you communicate quickly and efficiently with your customers while you're in the field, so you don't miss a thing to win and/or retain customers. Here is how it works:

1) You'll receive an e-mail notification when a new request is received:

Simply click on the "red button" on the request form and start chatting by typing a message and pressing the arrow to send it.

To save even more time, you can:

  • Pre-program messages

  • Add a document

  • Add pictures

Everything will be dated and stored to facilitate customer interactions, and your customers will be impressed by the ease with which they can communicate with you from their customer portal.
