Facebook integration

Redirect your client requests coming from your Facebook in Plannit to respond faster and win more clients.

By linking Plannit's customer portal onto your Facebook Page, you will give your customers easy access to contact you for any new requests, questions, approvals, payments, etc.

You will also benefit from centralizing your requests in one place to facilitate your follow-ups and planning your next steps with each request. You can follow the instructions below, based on your preference:

Installing the Facebook redirection on your own.

  • Go to your Plannit settings and click on "Website Integration" section, and copy the link (see below)

  • Go to your Facebook Page and click on the "Flag" icon in the menu on the left of your feed

  • Click on the 3 dots and on "Edit Action button"

  • Select the "Contact us" button and click "Next"

  • Insert the link you have copied from Plannit and save.

Note

  • You need to be an administrator (or have editing rights to the page) in order to modify or add a button to your Facebook page.

  • Once you have created/modified a button, you can always test it by clicking on it and selecting "test the button".

Ask Plannit to install the redirection for you

To allow Plannit to install for you, you first need to give us a temporary administrator access to your page as follows:

  1. Access your Facebook Business account and select "Settings".

  2. Click on the "Page Roles" tab.

  3. Click on "Add people" and enter the integrators email address: "[email protected]".

  4. Make sure the role is set to "Administrator" and click on "Add".

  5. Finally, enter your password and confirm.

Once done, let us know via our chat in the application or send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to install it for you.

Your clients will be able to communicate with you as follows:

When they click on one of the buttons to interact with you, a form ou your message centre will open and they will be able to add information about their question/needs, which will automatically create a service request and contact record in Plannit.

You will also be notified so you can answer quickly and start planning next steps with the client.
