This centralisation automatically creates contact records for you and helps you respond faster and more efficiently, which ultimately converts new requests into dollars more quickly.

Integrate your website into Plannit
Plannit can link your "Contact us", "Request a quote", etc. buttons to a form. Each click on a linked button will open a window to capture the details of the request. (see example below)
Once the request has been submitted, a job folder and contact will be automatically created in Plannit to save time. You will receive a notification by e-mail and/or on your mobile (if you have downloaded the application) as follows:
By clicking on "Log in to Plannit to reply" (in the e-mail) or on the "New job" notification (on your mobile), you'll be taken directly to the "job" folder and can reply quickly using our two-way message center:

How to integrate with your website
We offer 3 options to help you with integration:
If you have administrator access to your site but would like Plannit to do it for you: contact us through a new conversation in your Plannit application help and we'll be happy to do the installation for you.
If your site is managed by an external firm (web designer): contact us through a new conversation in your Plannit application help and we'll be happy to coordinate everything with the firm for you.

Integrate your Facebook into Plannit
Facebook integration will connect your Facebook "Contact" button to your Plannit "Merchant Profile" page, making it easy for customers to communicate new requests by clicking on one of the 3 buttons (see below).
Just like the integration with your website described above, a form will open to capture the request information, which will be automatically saved in Plannit, and you'll receive the same notifications by e-mail and/or on your mobile.
How to integrate your Facebook Page

Integrate your business e-mail into Plannit
Plannit can also redirect a business e-mail (such as [email protected]) through which you receive requests to Plannit to benefit from the centralization and time savings described above.
Your e-mail requests will be automatically received in Plannit, and you'll be able to manage them with the same ease to speed up your customers' approvals.
