How does the Google Reviews feature work with Plannit
Once connected to your Google My Business page, clients for whom you have performed a Job in Plannit will be able to leave a review on your page to further improve your online reputation.
They will receive a request from Plannit inviting them to give their appreciation for your service and those that click on the Thumbs up - I am satisfied and have a Gmail address will be redirected to your page to leave the positive review.
How to connect Google My Business page to Plannit
You can connect your Google My Business page to Plannit using these easy steps :
Access your Google My Business page.
Click on the Request Reviews icon.
Copy the link by clicking on the copy icon.
If you need help from Plannit all you have to do is access your Google My Business page and :
Click on the Menu Business Profile settings Managers.
In the top left-hand corner, click on Add.
Enter the following e-mail address : [email protected].
Under Access, choose Administrator or Manager.
Click on Invite.
Once authorization has been granted, contact us via a new conversation in your Plannit application help center.
Once you have the URL link :
Go to Plannit Settings> Reviews Automation.
Copy your Google Reviews URL address in the Google reviews section (see below).
Choose to send review requests automatically
Plannit automates the process to ask for reviews to make sure no one gets missed (if desired). To access and program the automation, you have to go to Settings> Reviews automation and activate the desired options, as per below :
Once your selection has been made the review requests will be sent automatically at the event status and time triggers you have set up.
If you chose to automate with a job status like on the image above (i.e. job status "closed"), all you will have to do is to go to your Jobs list tab and update the job status of each job when finished (see below). This will trigger the automation to send the review request as per your automation criteria :
If you chose to automate with a visit status all you have to do is update the visit status to Completed in Plannit to trigger the automation (see images for desktop and mobile below) :
These will be received by email and/or SMS, based on your subscription.

Choose to send review requests manually
If you prefer to send your review requests manually you have the option to do so if after every visit has been completed.
When you change the status on a visit as shown above, you will be prompted to send (or not) the request as follows :
If you opt to Send, the rest of the client process will be as described above.
