Where to find your message notifications

All message notifications are centralized in the "bell" at the top right hand corner of the screen. The notifications include:

  • New job requests from your website or social media (if connected to Plannit)

  • Document approvals/refusals (accepted quotes, paid invoices, etc.)

  • Internal messages sent to a specific employee

  • Confirmations or mass mailings, mass printing operations

You will be notified of any incoming communication by a red dot next to the bell.

How the information is organized

The information has been organized in the following "views"

  • Show all types of messages

  • Show only messages from the company

  • Show only messages that are addressed to you

  • Show only "unread" messages

How to manage your messages

  1. To view the details of a message: click on it (you can answer directly from the communication window if it is a request from the portal or an internal message)

  2. To know if it has been read : if read, the tile will turn white and the envelope symbol will appear as closed.

    NOTE: company" notifications will appear as "read" or "unread" to all users who have access to them, while "personal" notifications will only be visible to the employees they are intended for.

  3. To delete a message: click on the trash can inside the tile

Additional notes for your users

  • An administrator must activate the required "notifications" in the "User licences" settings in order for them to receive notifications

  • The user must authorize the Plannit application to send notifications in their mobile phone settings in order to receive the notifications

  • A user cannot delete messages sent by other users
