💡 We made some improvements that will surely optimize the planning portion of your day

🚒 A few bugs have also been fixed.

⚙️ IMPROVEMENTS

Notification in the bell

👉 Refresh button

The refresh button has been moved for greater efficiency! Plannit regularly refreshes the bell, but some collaboration needs require more regular notification refreshes, such as Read for all.

👉 Read for all button

Mark as read appears on several new notification types for more collaboration!

Note

Please note that the button just to the right, Marked as unread, only affects your notifications!

New call behavior

👉 Close button no longer deletes

And yes, the Close button will no longer delete the audio message and its call in the client mailbox.

Tip

By closing your calls, you no longer end up with thousands of calls in a dashboard, which gives you a better overview of which requests have been completed and which are still to be made!

QuickBooks online accounting system

👉 Are you familiar with the Accounting system verification tool?

This tool helps you understand some of the conflicts that may exist when you export your invoices. When you have an export error, your first instinct should be to check whether the tool is able to help you!

This tool will even allow you to change an invoice number if a conflict exists between QuickBooks and Plannit, for example when you create credit notes in QuickBooks.

👉 Improved error messages

We're not done yet, but a lot of progress has been made! Display the Accounting System Sync Status column to spot invoices with export errors.

Do you have an invoice with an export error? Open the invoice and click on Actions / Export to accounting system. In the Invoice status section, you'll see the original message received from QuickBooks Online.

🔧 FIXED BUGS

We've been actively addressing and resolving various bugs! Our team will promptly notify affected customers once the fixes are complete.
