Plannit Pay uses Stripe to process online payments.
The table below shows the payment processing fees charged per transaction, based on the payment method and the version of Plannit you are using.

What do Online and In-person mean?
Online: Payments made through Plannit apps.
In-person: Payments made using a Stripe Terminal connected to the Plannit app.
How is the maximum fee for Bank Debit calculated?
The maximum fee of $10 per transaction applies to payments of $680 or higher.
Here's the calculation:
($680 × 1.25%) + $1.50 = $10 per transaction
Important Notes
⚠️ Insufficient Funds for Bank Debit
Just like an NSF check, banking institutions may charge additional fees for Bank Debit payments without sufficient funds.
