How to start a route on desktop
📘 Steps to follow
Click on the route you'd like to start
On the Actions button, select Start
Fill in the information in the partial window
change the block of hours
add or modify the resource
Note: added resources will be those whose route is displayed in the My Day tab on their mobile application.
Save
The route will be displayed by tile for each address, enabling you to perform several other tasks, such as sending a message to the customer, opening the visit to access the work order, etc.

Click on Routes in the top right-hand menu (3 small lines)
Select the route you'd like to start
On the Actions button, click Start
In the partial window
change the block of hours
add or modify the resource
Save
The route will be displayed as a tile by address
You can perform a number of other tasks using the Actions button
