Step 1
On the Filters button in the Quotes grid, sort a list by :
Quote status: Accepted
Quote items: Lawn opening
Apply
The list of accepted contracts will be displayed in the grid.
Select all contracts by checking the box above Contacts
On the orange band, click on More and select Generate visits
In the partial window, choose the associated service: Lawn opening
Generate visits
Step 2
On the Filters button of your Calendar, sort the list of work orders you have just generated.
Schedule status : Not scheduled
Service: Lawn opening
Apply
Step 3
When the time comes to schedule visits/jobs, you can do so either by assigning visits individually on the Calendar or by adding them to a route.
Use your mouse to capture the small dots at the start of each visit on the grid and drag & drop the visit onto the Calendar at the desired date and resource.
or
Check all visits on the list, on the orange band, select
Add to a route. You can choose to add these visits to an existing route, or create a new route by filling in the information in the partial window.
