If unexpected issues or challenges arise during the execution of a route, visible notes can be used to communicate these issues quickly. These notes can be added by the administrator at the office or by the person executing the route on the mobile app

Add notes to a contact/address
Notes added to on the jobsite address in the contact form, will be useful when executing your recurring routes. Especially for your yearlong seasonal clients.
On the Contacts grid, open the contact/address you would like to had notes to
Click on the editing button (pencil) in the Address section of the contact form
Add a written note ie. Summer- Fertilization package / Winter - Snow contract 2023
Add an audio note: Click on the microphone to start recording and click again to end.
Save address
Add notes on a recurring Route
On the list of Routes, click on the route to open it
Click on the contact/address you would like to add a note to
Note for this route : Add a note specific to this route ie. Do not put gravel
Contact address note : Add a note that you will be able to edit on the route
ie. Seasonal notes : Summer-Fertilization / Winter-Snow contract 2023
Audio note: Click on Edit contact address
Click on the microphone to start your message. Click again to end recording
Save address
Add notes on an accepted quote
On the Quotes grid, click on the quote you would like to add a note to
Click on the Routes tab
Click on + Route
Select the route you would like to associate this quote to
Check the address and Save
Click on the address displayed in orange

2) Contact address note : Add a note that you will be able to edit on the route

3) Audio note: Click on Edit contact address
