When dealing with a large volume of addresses in a route, you want to make sure no client is forgotten. Use the Filters on the Routes Planner and assign them to an existant route in just a few steps.

Step 1 - Identify the addresses/contacts not assigned to a Route
On the Contacts grid
Click on the Display options button
Check the Routes and Labels box in order to display the columns on the grid
Click on the 3 lines next to the Route column and pin it to the left. Do the same to the Labels column
Click on the arrow in the Route column to display all contacts not included in a Route
Assign the label corresponding to the Route to every address/contact that does not have one
Step 2 - Assign addresses/contacts to a Route
On the Routes list
Click on the route to open it
Select Edit in the Actions button
Click on the Filters button of the Planner
Search by
label named after route name
exclude customers already in a route
exclude customers/addresses already in a route, Save
Check all the addresses/contacts you would like to add to the Route
Select Refresh route in the Actions button and Save
