You can enter notes visible only to you or your employees on any document in Plannit, i.e. contact, job, invoice, quote or visit. Whether it's a note for a communication or for a specific task, the advantage of using this section is that for each comment, you'll be able to see the employee who created it, as well as the date and time the note was created.

To facilitate this operation, the notes are always found in the same place, in the section entitled "Internal comments", at the bottom of each document (see example below).

  • To enter a note/comment, simply type in the bar and click on the arrow.

  • This will record the name of the employee who entered the note, along with the time and day. This note will be visible to all employees who have access to this document.

NOTE: To facilitate communication between administrators/managers and/or employees in the field, a blue bubble will appear on the visit (see example 1 below) and/or in the quotes, visits or contacts grid (see example 2 below) to visually notify that a new note has been added.
