Redesigned navigation menu
We are beginning the rollout of a new version of the main Plannit menu!
ℹ️ The new navigation will be gradually deployed to client accounts.
This new version has been redesigned to make your operations in Plannit easier, while better highlighting the three management pillars the platform offers:

Daily Operations
Back Office Management
The goal is to make navigation more intuitive, clearer, and more efficient on a daily basis.

▪️ Telephony
New Calls menu
For those paying close attention, the new navigation provides access to a brand new Calls section.
ℹ️ The new menu is only available with the new navigation, which is being gradually deployed to client accounts.
This new section will allow you to manage your incoming calls more efficiently thanks to an optimized grid and advanced filters.
It also highlights several new features, including the AI Summary, with more functionalities coming soon.
▪️ Quote
New electronic signature
You can now request an electronic signature on your quote documents (contracts)!
When enabled, all your current and future unaccepted quotes will require a signature upon acceptance.
👉 On the client portal, your client will be prompted to sign the quote to accept it, as shown here:
👉 In your Plannit account, within the accepted quote, you will see a new Signature section where you can find the client’s signature.
You can now enable the option Request cutomer signature on portal in your general quote settings:

SMS and Telephony Usage
You now have access to usage data for the different SMS and Plannit telephony options.
ℹ️ Usage information is updated once per day.

New color badge on contacts
Add colors to your contacts to build your own operational visual system!
This visual reference now appears in multiple areas within Plannit, here are a few examples:
This option can be very useful when doing prospecting, door to door, to quickly identify at a glance whether it’s a client from last year, someone not interested in your services, etc., based on a color code you define.
IMPROVEMENTS
▪️ Notification (bell)
Real-time synchronization
Bell notifications are now synchronized in real time!
The red dot indicating that you have a new notification will now update in real time:
Please note that if you leave the notification list open, you will still need to use the refresh button or close and reopen the list.
▪️ Permissions
Internal comment deletion
You can now grant an employee permission to delete internal comments:
Previously, only the owner of the comment had permission to delete it.
▪️ Rapport
Zones & Stations
You can now include custom fields in your Zones & Stations reports. Simply display the column in your grid before exporting.
▪️ Timesheets
Group timesheets by Contact or Service
You can now group Job/Project timesheets by Contact or by Service, in addition to the default grouping.
In the display options, drag the Contact or Services column into the Row Groups section.
