Pre-programmed messages add a personalized touch to your communications, help standardize the experience you offer your clients and save you a lot of time.

Manage pre-programmed messages:

From the "Messages" tab of your settings:

  1. Create a message by clicking on "+Message" and save

  2. Order the messages by pressing the 3 small lines on the left of the message and sliding down and/or up

  3. Delete a message by clicking on the trash can to the right of the message line

Use a pre-programmed message:

You can send pre-programmed messages from 4 different areas in Plannit:

1) From the job space: by clicking on the message icon and choosing the desired message from the drop-down list.

2) From a visit: by clicking on the "En route" status to notify your client

3) In a route: when you would like to send a message to all clients on the route upon starting the route (i.e. please remove your cars from the driveway, etc.)

  • On a given route, click on "Start the route" in the "Actions" button

  • Click on "Send communications" and select the message from the list

4) In the "Comments" section found in each of Plannit's documents (i.e. jobs, invoices, quotes, visits, etc.):

  • Click on the message icon and select the message from the list
