How to use the Freemium version of Plannit to better manage your customer requests and save time

Here is a user guide to get started with Plannit:

We suggest that you start with the following basic settings:

  • My Profile

  • Company

  • Services

  • Quotes

  • Invoices

  • List of products and services

Next, we recommend you to see the following guide to understand the job concept in Plannit to better organize your information and follow-ups: How to manage your jobs in Plannit.

You will then be ready to start as follows:

To register your first application, Click on "+Job" from your Dashboard or on the "Job" and +job" icon from your mobile (see examples).

This will open the window to select and/or create your customer contact, which will open a numbered job file for follow-up and related activities.

NOTE: You can also receive your service requests from your website directly in Plannit, see Integrating your website with Plannit.

Then, you will just have to select your next step among the following ones:

  1. Send a message to the customer

  2. Send a quote

Send a message to your customer:

If your next step is to contact your client, click on the icon

then type your first message.

The following options are available in the messaging system:

Once you have confirmed the next steps with your client, you will simply select the icon that corresponds to your next step to manage the request:

To send a quote

Click on the " Quote " icon from the job folder, then on " + QUOTE ":

To create/schedule a visit and a work order

Click on the "Visit" icon from the job folder, then on "+ VISIT":

NOTE: The visit will automatically appear on the calendar of the assigned employee in "Resources" at the date and time entered in the visit. He will only have to go to "My day" in the "Today" tab from the mobile or to the "Agenda" section on your computer to see the visit(s) of the day.

To send a invoice

Click on the "Invoices" icon from the job folder, then on "+ Invoices":
