In Plannit, services are used to indicate the work that must be done at your clients premises. They can therefore correspond to :

  • a description of a service for which your customers call on you (e.g. repair, inspection, cleaning, etc.)

  • a description of a project step (e.g. for an internal reference such as a visit for a quote, a follow-up visit after a first treatment, etc.)

Once created, you will be able to select the desired service from your list when you create a visit, and the selected service will appear in the following: the appointment tile in the technician's "My day", in the calendar and the work order.

Create a service

Go to Plannit Settings / Sevices :

  1. Click on + Service;

  2. Select the service category from the list and go to step 5 (if your service does not appear in the list, select Other and complete steps 3 and 4 before jumping to step 5);

  3. If the category doesn't exist, click on the My service does not fit into any category button;

  4. Replace the name Other with the name of your service;

  5. Assign a color to allow you to easily distinguish the nature of the visits to the calendar.

  6. Select the service duration to facilitate dispatching visits on the calendar. The service duration allows you to reserve a block of time on the calendar that reflects the time selected in your service settings.

  7. Activate the Exclude this service via web button if you don't want to display this service in the Virtual Assistant (chatbot) or Widgets you may have integrated into your website;

  8. Click on Add Service to add the new service.

Delete a service:

Go to Plannit Settings / Sevices :

  1. Locate the service to be deleted and click on the trash icon.
