Add and manage employee profiles in your account settings. Assign these resources to your projects and more

Adding a resource/employee list to your Plannit application makes it easier to plan tasks and projects. You can see which employees, teams or equipment are available at any given time, enabling you to plan tasks more efficiently and save time.

You can also use this list to assign jobs, quotes and invoices to those responsible for them.

We offer two ways to view this article, depending on your preferences:

From Plannit Settings

  • Click on the Resources tab

  • Click on the + to create the resource you need

    • Employees: Create a profile for each employee, with or without access to the mobile application.

    • Others: Create a profile type ie. Truck 1, Team 1 etc.

Please note that added resources will be billed according to their type.
