📙 Step-by-step guide

Here's how:

Your customer list has been imported into your Plannit account, with labels associated with each contact according to service or other.

Note: You can add one or more labels to a contact at any time after importing your data.

Before you begin, you'll need to create a template / contract.

Step 1

From Contacts

Sort customer list by label ie. pool opening, 1st treatment, lawn opening...

  1. Select contacts by checking the box above

  2. On the orange band, click on Quotes

  • Quote to copy: Contract template you've previously created with all information relevant to a contact type ie. Pool opening

  • Quote date: Date of submission/contract

  • Due date: End date of validity of quote

  • Labels to add: You may wish to add a label that will be added to the quotes/contracts created.

  • Hide individual items price for the client: This will hide the item price on the quote PDF, on the customer portal, and the customer will only be able to see the final price in the sub-total, tax and total sections.

  • Allow client to select quote items: It is possible to let the customer select items on the quote

  • Copy attachments: You can choose to copy or not the existant attachments onto your contracts

  • Price increase: in $ or %

3. Click on Next and choose the payment schedule

4. Click on Yes

Step 2

From Quotes

Click on the Filters button to sort the list of recently created submissions.

Search by Draft status and by quote items ie. Pool opening

Apply to confirm at the bottom

A list will appear in the grid. At this stage, you can view the contract, make modifications or additions as required, add upcoming visits, current invoices, etc.
