Offer package deals to boost your sales, while giving your customers the freedom to choose the package that suits them best.

Let your customers choose from a variety of options by creating bundles in your optimized Products & Services catalog.

Create Bundles in your account settings by filling in the information in the form according to your needs:

Go to Settings - Products and Services

Click on +Product

Fill in the information in the form:

  1. Type:

    • Service

    • Bundle offer

    • Inventory *

    • Non-inventory *

      👉 Note * The last two type options, are to be developed to complete this functionality.

  2. Status: Active or Inactive

  3. Name: Give a name to the offer ie. GOLD Package - Be sure to add the name in English in order to respond in your customer's language of preference.

  4. Description: Add a description if necessary

  5. SKU: Add a code if applicable. Scanner

  6. Label - Color: Add a label and or colour if applicable

  7. Bundle items settings: Activate or deactivate bundle settings according to your needs.

    • Hide bundle item name and description when printing and sending quotes and invoices

    • Hide bundle item prices when printing and sending quotes and invoices

    • Enable selection of bundle items on quotes and invoices

  8. Bundle discount: Add discount in $ or %.

  9. Bundle items: Add bundle items ie. 40-gallon water heater, valve box...

When creating the quote, customize the offers by choosing from the bundles available in your Products & Services catalog.

Add a description, line of text, to an invoice

Our team has improved the process of adding items to an invoice.

You can now add a line of text with a description, title or as required, without having to add a price.

The Add Item button has been moved to the top of section 2 of the invoice.

Add description is right next to it.
