You can easily add notes, comments without leaving the ongoing run. These notes will live in the work order and can be consulted at any time.be added to the work order.

On the ongoing Run,
Click on the bubble symbol on the tile of the contact/address, to open the Internal Comments section of the work order
Add the note in the Write a Comment space and click on the send symbol
You will see that the address tile has a note when the bubble becomes fully blue.
Click on the filled bubble to see the note
You can also notify a user directly with a tag
On the Write a Comment space, add the @ symbol, select the user you would like to send a notification to and click on the send symbol. The user will be notified on his mobile application
To delete a note, click on the Trash symbol at the end of the note line
