Add a message on the Web bot

Warn your customers who want to send you online requests that you will be closed. ie. Christmas vacations, summer vacations etc.

If you want to modify the message on your virtual assistant web bot to notify customers about Christmas vacations when they attempt to send requests, you might want to create a message that is informative and sets the right expectations.

We offer two ways to view this article, depending on your preferences:

From your account settings:

1- Click on Services

2- Click on each service you wish to make unavailable and activate the Exclude this service via web button.

3- Click on +Service and create a new service in the same category i.e. Snow removal and type the message ex. Please note that we will be closed from Dec. 24 to Jan. 2, 2023. Thank you!

4- Add Service

This message will be displayed for your clients when they attempt to send you a request.

Once you are ready to make services available again, simply uncheck the Exclude this service via web button.
