Export your customers from Sage 50 to Plannit

Here's how to export your customer list to Plannit:

Before you start exporting, make sure you've cleaned up your customers and products & services.

In Sage 50, go to File / Import/Export / Exports Records.

Select Export records to a Sage 50 import file format, then click Next>.

Choose Customers for the type of record to export and click Next >.

Click on Select All then Next >.

Click OK.

💡 Note file folder and name then click Finish.

🔍 Before sending to us, confirm that the file is a .txt file and that it appears in the format seen in the screenshot below.

Send us your file via a new conversation in the Help Center of your Plannit application so that we can import it for you.

Export your list of products and services from Sage 50 to Plannit

Here are the steps to enable us to import your Sage 50 products and services into Plannit:

Select Inventory & Services then click Next >.

Click on Select All then Next >.

Click on OK.

💡 Note file folder and name then click Finish.
