Our team has added a new feature to allow you to send dynamic snow alerts on your recurring Routes.

📘 Steps to follow
Route has already been created
From the Routes tab, click on the desired route
On the Actions button, select Edit
Click on the Information tab, scroll down and make your choice:
Send snow alerts simultaneously to all addresses
Send snow alerts in real time to 2, 3, 4 or more addresses in advance
Click on Save
Click on Start
On the Actions button, select Send communications.
Steps to follow when creating a route
From the Routes tab, click on +Route in the top right-hand corner
Click in the information section, scroll down and make your choice:
Send snow alerts simultaneously to all addresses
Send snow alerts in real time to 2,3,4 or more addresses in advance
Click on Save
Start the route on the Actions button
Still on the Actions button, select Send communications.
Send alerts to a contact other than the main contact
Create the main contact to which you will associate the contacts ie. apartments See: How to create clients / contacts
Create associated contacts ie. apartments in a building
Add the address of the apartment in the Name section of the contact form
Add e-mail address and mobile number depending on communication preference.
Associate the apartment contact with the main contact
3. Open the route
Click on the address line and activate or deactivate the sending of alerts to the selected contacts.
