Here is how to track the hours worked when several employees have been assigned to the same job.

You need to first ensure that all employees have been assigned to the visit/work order as per the exemple below:

Since there is only 1 timer per visit to reflect the time in and time out, there can only be 1 employee that changes the visit statuses when more than 1 employee is working at the same time at the same job site.

Therefore, you will need to assign one of the employees as the lead to change the statuses on the visits (i.e. start and finish the job, see below).

When the team lead clicks on "Completed", the same hours will automatically be entered in each employee's respective timesheet and the total time spent on the visit on the jobs will reflect the addition of all hours by all employees.

Since it is likely that some employees may not have arrived, paused and finished at the same time on a given job, you may need to adjust the timesheets after completion. To do so, the team lead will then click on "+Add timesheet" (see below)

And then select the employee whose timesheet needs to be adjusted, modify the hours accordingly and save.

The summary of the time spent on the visit will be available by clicking on the timesheet icon at the top right of the job space linked to the visit (see below):
