How to automatically track the hours on a visit

Plannit automates the time tracking on a visit by simply changing the visit statuses, to save time and guarantee accuracy.

From "My Day", you can simply click on the named job statuses (circle on the left) or click on the job status icons (rectangle on the right):

The clock will start counting when you click on "Start", and stop when you click on "Pause" or Completed. The hours will be automatically transferred into your timesheet.

How to manually enter the hours worked on a visit

You can always manually enter the hours in case you or the employee forgot to change the visit statuses at the right time. All you have to do is open the visit, select "Add a timesheet" and enter the information manually.

Once entered, they will appear in the employee's timesheet.
