How to export a list of invoices in Excel or CSV format

Step 1: Choose the information that you want to display in your grid

  • Go to the "Invoices" tab

  • Select the "Display" tab and check the desired information in your export columns

  • Make sure you have the maximum number of contacts per page to see the maximum number of clients

Notes

If needed you can filter your data by clicking "Filters" before going to the next step, see how to use the grids

Step 2: Export the list to (CSV, Excel)

  • Right click on the list of contacts and select "Export".

  • Choose between "Export CSV" or "Export Excel

Notes

If your list contains more than 1000 invoices you will have to do the same thing on the next page

The invoice list will appear in your Excel file.
