It is absolutely possible to send documents, attachments, pictures etc. to your customers.
In Plannit, there are two ways to do this:
1️⃣ When sending a document, such as an invoice, quote or work order.
2️⃣ In the Job Space
When you are about to send a quote to your customer, click on "Send" and in the partial window that opens, add the document before confirming the sending at the bottom of the window
On the "Job Space" tab of a quote, invoice or work order
Add your document, attachment or picture in the "Chat" section in the Job Space
