Is Plannit accessible in all countries?

Plannit is designed to provide reliable and secure service to professionals, no matter where they are located. However, in order to ensure the quality of its services and the security of the platform, access may vary depending on the country you are in.

By default, Plannit is fully available in Canada, the United States, in Mexico and most European countries.

In certain countries, to access Plannit, you will be required to complete a CAPTCHA verification before you can access the platform. This is a simple and quick step to confirm that you are indeed a real person.

The only way to access the platform from a restricted country is to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) with an endpoint (server location) in a supported country, ideally in Canada or the United States.

This solution is not provided by Plannit and must be set up directly on the devices that require access. Please refer to your IT team.
