If you get the error 403 Forbidden - This request was blocked by the security rules, this means that one of the Plannit components has blocked your IP address for one of the following reasons:
🔹 You've loaded one of Plannit's pages too many times
This may have been intentional or unintentional in the form of a bug, but Plannit allows a certain number of attempts and blocks your IP address if you exceed a certain threshold.
What can you do to resolve the situation?
Close your mobile application or web browser and try again in 5 minutes. If the situation persists, another security feature is blocking you.
🔹 You are trying to access Plannit from an unsupported country
Indeed, Plannit is fully accessible from Canada, the United States and the vast majority of European countries. However, outside these countries, Plannit may not be accessible.
How can this situation be resolved?
The only way to access Plannit from a blocked country is to use a VPN with an endpoint (servers) in a supported country, preferably Canada or the USA.
