Purchase order Now Available

👉 New purchase order feature in Jobs and Work Order / Visit

We are excited to announce the introduction of the Purchase Order (PO) section in the Jobs and Work Order / Visit module of Plannit. This new feature enhances your workflow by allowing you to manage and track purchase orders directly from the Jobs and Work Order / Visit interface.

How to use the new purchase order section?

  • In Plannit, go to a Jobs or Work Order / Visit

  • In the Purchase order section of the Jobs or Work Order / Visit, click on the +

  • Click on Add an item, check ☑️ the item(s) and click on Select

What can I do now with the purchase orders?

💠 Print or send purchase order

  • Check the box to select all or certain items.

  • On the orange band, click on Print purchase order or Send purchase order, the purchase order will be sent to the contact of your choice!

💠 Generate invoice(s)

  • Check the box to select all items.

  • On the orange band, click on Create invoice, and the invoice can be sent to the contact of your choice!

💠 Other options

  • Select other actions by clicking on the 3 small dots, such as Associate with a work order and View history!

All reports are now displayed by topic :

🆕 All new reports such as,

  • Sales summary report *

  • Detailed sales report *

  • Sales report by product

  • Payments report *

  • Customer deposits report

  • Accounts receivable report

  • Collections report (open invoices)

  • Report of taxes payable

  • Report of operations without sales tax

* These reports are intended to replace the former Sales and Payments Report.

Customizable fence in Routes

👉 New and improved, fences are now customizable with polygonal shapes!

We’re excited to introduce a new and improved way to fence areas for your clients using customizable polygon forms in the Routes feature.

Gone are the days of simple circles! You can now use polygon shapes to precisely define and adjust the fenced area for each client. This update brings enhanced flexibility, allowing you to create more accurate and tailored route boundaries, making it easier than ever to manage service areas.

💡 The defined area also allows you to calculate the total area of the zone, this can be a great help when creating your quotes!

More flexible communications in Routes

👉 It's now possible to send communications to associated contacts for a customer in a Route!

Managing multiple addresses for a single customer just got easier!

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to send notifications to specific contacts associated with a customer, such as renters, property managers and or owners, directly from the Routes module. This update brings greater flexibility in communication, helping you keep the right people informed without confusion.

  1. Open Route

  2. Click on the address line

  3. Check Send alerts to activate the sending of communications for this route

  4. Enable or disable sending the same communication to associated contacts, or

  5. Decide to send the communication ONLY to one or more associated contacts.

💡 Do you have a customer with an apartment building and want to notify all the tenants before you arrive?

  • Create a main contact for the apartment building, including the street address.

  • Create a contact for each tenant door:

    • Add e-mail address and/or cell phone number

    • Manage email and/or SMS communication preference

    • Associate this contact with the main contact.

  • In your route, for this building, you can manage who receives notifications and according to your preference:
