Jobs grid
👉 You can now display two new columns in the job grid.
This new information will help you sort specific job lists according to the quote status or date. ie. Sort all rejected quotes in order to close jobs in bulk.
In the display options:

💡 Did you know that you can group your grid by certain columns, like here by job Status?

Invoice grid
👉 New filter available in the invoice grid: Only return invoices with a payment to schedule
By filtering invoices that require a payment to be scheduled, you can focus only on invoices that require immediate action. This simplifies the payment management process by reducing the time spent manually searching for relevant invoices, sometimes from a long list of invoices.
Quotes Grid
A new Action has been added to the quotes grid, enabling batch updating of the payment schedule and the amount of fixed or variable price items for one or more quotes. This new feature saves teams valuable time by automating processes that were previously manual.
On the orange band, you can select:
Update items: Modify item prices in either variable or fixed mode
Payment schedule: Modify or add payment schedule(s)
Renewals
👉 You can now change the price item by item during renewals! So you have much more flexibility than before.
Updating item prices and payment schedules in batches allows you to process multiple items simultaneously, including the time needed to review each contract individually. This is especially beneficial when you have a large number of contracts to renew.
Add attachments by batch to invoices and quotes
Adding and deleting bulk attachments to invoices and quotes in their respective grids offers several important benefits. This feature enables users to quickly and easily associate relevant documents with multiple invoices or quotes at once, improving operational efficiency and reducing time spent on repetitive administrative tasks.
Once the steps for adding attachments have been completed, you'll find confirmation and details in the notification bell at top right.
Important
Bulk deleting will delete all attachments associated with quotes or invoices!
