Easier Job management
🎉 Job status automations
You can now automate the transitions between your multiple job statuses when events such as these occur (Premium only):
a quote is accepted
a first visit is created in a job
a first invoice is created in a job
all visits are completed in a job
all invoices are paid in a job
This will make it easier to see at what stage your jobs are and thus reduce the manipulations you have to do manually.
All you need is to enable it through Settings / Jobs / Job status automation settings and choose the proper Job status for each event.
👉 Multiple quotes per job
In an effort to ease the management of larger projects, Plannit now allows you to create multiple quotes in a single job. This can be useful in those scenarios:
if you have two different quotes you wish to send to your customer
if you already have an accepted quote and the job requires additional work to be done, you will be able to create and send a new quote entirely
👉 Quote acceptance date
You can now find more easily the date the Quote was accepted or declined, right next to the Quote status and in the Jobs' and Quote's grids.
👉 Fine-tuned access to Routes
Route permissions have been upgraded to allow you to better control who can do these operations:
View all routes, or only those assigned
Create and Modify routes
Delete routes
👉 Bulk edit Products & Services
We have added many Bulk operations in the Products and Services
settings page, making it easier for you to:
Update tax settings for your products
Increase or Decrease your selling prices, by percent or by a fixed amount
Add / Remove labels
Link your products with your accounting system
Delete old products
👉 No more notifications at night
We used to process payments, send invoices and send review requests at night, this could be unpleasant for customers to receive their email/sms notifications during the night, so we will now send them during work hours rather than at night. Scheduled Payments will still be processed at night, but the confirmation emails and SMS will be sent during the day from now on.
