Here are the steps for making a refund of a payment made through Plannit's online payment on the Stripe platform:
Important
Please make sure that you have first carried out the refund transaction in Plannit. Make a refund in Plannit.
Step 1: Refund your customer from your Stripe account
In your Stripe account, enter the invoice number or customer name in the search bar.
Refund the customer by clicking on the 3 small dots on the right and selecting Refund payment
Enter the amount you want to refund, the reason and click on Refund.
