⚙️ IMPROVEMENTS

Visit restoration

👉 Yes, it's finally possible to restore a visit to your account by yourself without going through support 🤘

In your filters, you can now display your deleted visits :

To restore, simply click on it and confirm restoration.

Important

When reviving visits, the invoice that was generated from that visit, will no longer be associated with the restored visit.

Also, the original planned date won't be recovered.

Profitability calculation adjusted in Jobs

Our team has improved the calculation formula in order to optimize the Profit data of items on your Jobs -cost vs selling price-

You can consult the profitability data on your Quotes, Invoices as well as on Jobs.

Simply add the cost price and selling price on items in your Products and Services catalog and Plannit will display the information on your invoices, quotes and Jobs

Individual Settings tab on your quotes

Our team has made it easier to make modifications on the Settings of your quotes individually without impacting the general Settings of your account.

For example, If you want to activate Generate invoices upon approval of the quote, you no longer have to scroll through the quote looking for this option.

On the Quote

  • Click on the Settings tab at the top and make the necessary modifications depending on the client.

Simplify selection of multiple timesheets in one job, for invoicing - mark timesheets as invoiced / not invoiced

Accelerate the generation of invoices for multiple timesheets in a Job.

🔹 You can select multiple timesheets at once

  • Sort your timesheets by Resource

  • Check the box to the left of the resource name to select all timesheets

  • On the orange band, Generate invoices

🔹 Mark your timesheets as billed / not billed

By keeping track of the billed and not billed status of timesheets on a Job, companies can ensure they bill clients accurately for all services rendered. This reduces the likelihood of missed or double billing

  • Select the timesheets and click on the Actions button above

  • Select status

    • Mark as billed - You have generated the invoices associated with these timesheets.

    • Mark as not billed - You haven't yet generated the invoices associated with these timesheets.

Add payment methods to your Contacts

📌 For Stripe integration only

Adding a payment method on the contact form to set up automatic payments simplifies operations, improves payment punctuality, reduces errors and boosts customer satisfaction. No more time wasted trying to get your invoices paid!

  • On your Contacts grid search or create the client file

  • Click on the Payments tab at the top

  • Click on the +, enter the CC information and Add

  • Consult the list of invoices / transactions by clicking on Operations

💡 Speed up the payment process.

Simply add the preferred payment method for each client, Activate Plannit Pay, automate payments in your Settings and voilà!

The payment method added to the contact will also be available for selection on the invoice.

Category added to Payment calendars to distinguish between deposits and regular payments

It has never been easier to record deposits made by your clients for contract approval or for an advance to pay for supplies and material before or during the project.

On Section 3 of the Invoice Payment schedule

  • Click on the line of payment to add the deposit

  • Click on the drop down arrow to select the Category

  • Select Deposit and Save

This status will be displayed on the line of payment.

On your Reports tab click on Deposits Report

Generate a Stations report in the Reports tab and/or by contact via the Actions button

The ability to generate Stations reports enhances operational efficiency, client communication, decision-making, accountability, financial management, and strategic planning. It provides a comprehensive overview of activities, ensuring that services are effective, compliant, and transparent.

  • Generate a report for a specific period

  • Generate a report by contact.
