💡 Our team has added a few new features that will have a positive impact on your day to day tasks.

🚒 A few bugs have also been fixed.

🎉 NEW FEATURES

🆕 In Work orders / Visits, it is now possible to see the GPS location of each status change (Premium)

As the status of your visit changes, Plannit will record the GPS location of your employee. This information will be displayed in the Timeline section of the work order.

Click on the GPS button to see the pin on the map.

🆕 In the contact form, it is now possible to link to an existing QuickBooks contact (Premium)

If you have integrated with your QuickBooks accounting system, it will be possible to link a Plannit contact to a QuickBooks contact to ensure that the synchronization is complete. Link to a QuickBooks customer has been added in the Actions button of the contact form.

🆕 It is now possible to send communications more dynamically, as your routes are executed (Premium)

Implementing dynamic communications keeps clients informed of your imminent arrival, manages expectations and delivers a seamless, positive experience.

🔧 FIXED BUGS

  • Address editing did not always reflect the correct location in the map

  • In Agenda / Planner, a new filter can be used to exclude all visits that are already part of a route

  • When creating a route, the grid now displays up to 500 contacts, instead of 200

  • When starting a large route, a progress indicator is displayed until the generation of visits is complete
