How you can save money by sharing the SMS fees
Step 1️⃣
Go to: Settings / Quotes
Activate the button Allow client to select quote items
Step 2️⃣
Go to: Settings / Products and services catalog
Add a new product or service
Name it Text alert service, add a price $ and Save product
Step 3️⃣
Open the quote
Add the item Text alert service and uncheck the box
When your customers receive the quote, they can choose whether or not to be contacted by SMS by accepting and checking the corresponding box. The quote total will be adjusted automatically. You can also adjust the communication method according to your customer's choice once the quote has been accepted.
