How to put tasks and hours on the customer's work order so they can see what was done during your visit

In a work order, you can add the Timesheets and Stations / Chemicals add-on modules. These modules enable you to enter certain information that can be displayed or hidden on work orders, such as the time worked and the tasks included in the zones.

Here's how to ensure that your tasks and hours worked appear on the work order viewed by your customer:

  1. Go to your settings and click on Work orders & Visits

  2. In the Work order content section, tick off the items you wish to be displayed in the PDF work order content.

  3. Refresh your page and you're done!
