Here's how to add an attachment to a Work order / visit:
Click on Add an attachment and choose one of the 2 options:
Click on Add a document to attach a document from your list saved in the Documents tab.
Click on Upload a file to attach a photo or document saved on your cell phone. You can also take a picture from this feature.
