Here are the improvements included in this update, in addition to the fixes:
Pre-authorized payments:
For several months now, your customers who pay their bills online via Plannit Pay have been able to opt to save their payment information for their multi-bill submissions or fixed-date multi-payment invoices. This avoids having to re-enter the information for each invoice/payment on the due date.
To find out if a customer has opted for this payment option, simply look for the payment schedule linked to the quote or the payment schedule linked to the invoice, and you'll see the following visual cues:
The "Pre-authorized payment" banner at the top of the payment schedule
The $ sign next to each scheduled payment
To find out more about how to save time and speed up your payments using Plannit Pay, see Activate Plannit Pay. To see how you can provide a better customer experience and eliminate follow-ups with pre-authorized payments, see How pre-authorized payments work.
Improvements to contact search:
To save you time, you can now search for your contacts by First Name, Last Name or Phone Number in the window when creating a document.
Just type in the first 3 letters or numbers, and a selection of contacts (if any) will appear in the right-hand window, which you simply click on.
Once the document has been created, you can always modify the customer's personal details using the "pencil" to the right of the customer's name.
"Note" field added for each address linked to the same contact
In response to requests from users of the "Route" function for recurring routes, we have added the option of inserting a different note associated with each address linked to the same contact, to facilitate communication with employees in the field.
You can now add written or vocal notes directly to your contact addresses (see #1 below), and these will appear on each address "tile" (see #2 below).
NOTE:
The "Audio note" field appears only after the address has been saved.
From now on, the notes that appear on your recurring routes will be those associated with each address (i.e. not the contact notes)
Creation of a work order with the corresponding quote items without the price breakdown
It's now possible to have the details of your quote items appear on your work orders without the price breakdown, so that your technicians can have everything they need to carry out their tasks. Here's how to access it:
Create the visit/work order from the job in which the quote is found, or from the quote as follows:
Technicians simply need to go to section 2 of the visit/work order and click on the arrow to see the list of items (see below)
Creation of a purchase order with the items of the corresponding quote without price details
It's now possible to create a purchase order with the list of items related to a quote, so you can send it to your suppliers in 1 click, to save you time...
Here's how:
